Resort Description
The Ocean Club Waterview Apartments share the same facilities and amenities as The Ocean Club Villas with private access to Cupecoy Beach. Enjoy the outdoor pool or explore the unique experiences of Sint Maarten. Near the Dutch/French border of Sint Maarten and close to the attractions of Simpson Bay, the resort is only a few minutes away from Marigot, a waterfront town. A 45-foot-long charter boat is available to take guests on day-trips to neighboring islands for snorkeling and more. Sint Maarten offers a cosmopolitan lifestyle and the advantages of two European cultures.

Additional Information
Each unit is air-conditioned and features granite floors, a microwave, television, telephone, and a dishwasher. The studio units have a 2-burner stove while the 1BR units have a full kitchen. The air- conditioner is only operable by the room key. All the units are non smoking inside. Washers and dryers available on all floors Studio OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have a 3/4 bath a queen bed, and a sleep sofa. Recommended occupancy is 2. Units are small. 1BR OCC: Max6/Pri4 have a 3/4 bath (no tub) and a half bath, 1 queen bed, and 2 sleep sofas. The building is 3 floors and has an elevator. There is a mandatory deposit of US$300 per unit per week, which will cover the Government user fee of US$50 per unit per week, and energy surcharge: Studio & 1BR US$50; 2 & 3BR US$65, as well as long distance phone calls. Any remaining money will be refunded 36 hours after check-out. If you are arriving after the normal check-in hours, please check-in at the guard house. Car rental is available at the resort. Directions
Queen Juliana Airport is 2 miles from the resort. Exit left from the airport and follow road through Mullet Bay Resort complex and follow road left to the resort, also on your left. ***Guests really should take a taxi from the airport as the resort can arrange car rental to be delivered to you at the resort. If you are arriving after 5pm please collect your room key at front entrance security house and register with reception the following morning.
